Water is not a finite resource; God sends the rain to replenish our land. However, water IS a limited resource. If used at a rate higher than it is replenished, the vast reserves will be gone at some point! Responsible water regulations must be developed locally to ensure a perfectly matched solution to fit the water resource of that area and sustain the local economy.
